Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable offers at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Orders & Payments

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.
• Online payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select locations across India.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used wax products cannot be returned. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Limitation of Liability

JOE WAX is not liable for misuse of the product. Always follow the usage instructions and perform a patch test before full application.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
